note: these rules were set in place for a reason. not completely reading will get your booking request declined. Let's make this a smooth booking experience.

 

SHAMPOO: Complimentary shampoo is included with all services. If detangling is required during or after the shampoo, an additional detangle fee will apply. 

If you choose to come shampooed and blown out,  make sure hair is knot and tangle free, No oils, No leave-in conditioners, No moisturizers.

if you're using a specific oil bring it with you to appointment.

HAIR DENSITY PRICING: Service pricing is based on hair density. Density levels are assessed at the time of picture consultation and appointment and categorized as follows:
 

• Thick/Dense- Base price+ $50

• Extra Thick/Coily- Base Price+$80
   

Density fees are applied in addition to any applicable detangle fees. Clients are encouraged to disclose their hair density at the time of booking to receive the most accurate quote.

Hair: Hair is provided for all styles except for Loc extensions, sew-ins, quick weaves, crochet, and sleek ponytails - clients must supply their own hair for these services.

Children's Hair: A limited selection of kids' accessories is available, including up to 2 packs of beads, limited balls, and one or two bows. Any additional hair jewelry must be brought by the client to the appointment. 

BOOKING & ARRIVAL: Please book the right service, style cannot be changed less than 48 hours. you will receive what you booked. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

 There is a 10 minute grace period. 

15 minutes you will need to reschedule.

Call upon arrival and wait for instruction before approaching door. DO NOT arrive more than 30 minutes early.

GUEST POLICY:
Client 13 and older must attend their appointment alone, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS.

For children under 13, one parent or guardian is permitted only. No additional children or adults may accompany them.

Parents and guardians must remain outside the service area at all times. Standing in the doorway or sitting at the shampoo area is not permitted.

Child Cooperation Policy: if a child is uncooperative and causes delays to the next scheduled client, an inconvenience fee will be added to the service total ($50 per every 30 minutes into my next clients time) and must be paid before the service is completed.

I am gentle hand, but I DO NOT SERVICE TENDERHEADNESS (severe scalp sensivitity, where the scalp feels pain or discomfort during routine hair manipulation like brushing, washing, or simple parting or styling)

PAYMENT POLICY:

 

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. Deposit must be paid within 1 hour of your booking or your appointment will be declined.

 

DEPOSITS MAY  BE SUBMITTED VIA ZELLE TO (708) 690-8549.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your service is completed. balance can be paid only via zelle, apple pay, or cash.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your style, please communicate your concerns before leaving and every effort will be made to make it right. Adjustments will not be honored after you have left the premises.
