Refund Policy

At Mercedes Styles, every effort is made to ensure client satisfaction through expert care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of time, materials, and service preparation involved, all services are non-refundable once rendered.

However, client satisfaction remains a top priority. If you experience any issue with your style within 5 calendar days of your appointment:

• You may contact Mercedes Styles to schedule a one-time complimentary correction or manipulation of your style.

• Style corrections may include tightening, minor adjustments, or restyling where appropriate.

After 5 days, any corrections will be subject to full service pricing.

Note: This correction policy does not cover issues resulting from failure to follow proper at-home maintenance instructions provided during your appointment.
