Welcome to Mercedes Styles. By booking an appointment or purchasing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure that every Crown Holder receives a consistent, professional, and luxury experience.

1. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

• Failure to submit a deposit will result in no appointment being scheduled.

• Mercedes Styles reserves the right to manually approve or decline any appointment request based on hair condition, photos submitted, or readiness for service.​

2. Appointment Approval & Photo Submission

• Certain services require clients to submit a recent photo of their natural hair prior to approval.

• Once photos are submitted, you will receive confirmation that your photo has been received. Final appointment confirmation will follow upon review.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to their appointment time.

• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-call, no-show appointments will result in full forfeiture of any paid amount and may impact future booking privileges.

 

4. Service Packages, Bundles, and Memberships

• Packages, bundles, and memberships are non-transferable.

• Missed membership appointments do not roll over unless pre-approved.

• All membership fees must be paid in full according to the payment plan agreed upon at sign-up.
